- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently had a bad experience here. I took my son who is 5 months old there because he was tugging at his ear. His regular doctor didn't have any openings so, We saw one of the new doctors. William Kinderknecht. He was very rude. Not to mention we waited for almost an hour. He walked in the room and asked if I ever thought about teething. I'm a stay at home mom. I'm around my son 24/7 I know him. He's had an ear infection before so I knew. He looked at his ears and said yes he has an ear infection. And says your medicine has been sent. Didn't tell me what medicine he'd be taking, when to start it. No directions. And then he left.
